26:15 and said, “What will you give me to betray him into your hands?” ¹  So they set out thirty silver coins for him.

Judas’ Suicide

27:3 Now when ²  Judas, who had betrayed him, saw that Jesus ³  had been condemned, he regretted what he had done and returned the thirty silver coins to the chief priests and the elders, 27:4 saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood!” But they said, “What is that to us? You take care of it yourself!”
